Device Insight's remote service application enables direct connections to devices and assets. A secure end-to-end VPN tunnel is established, connecting the user directly to the machines' VPN. Additional augmented reality support allows the expert to see "through the eyes" of the technician on site, as well as receive images and screenshots directly via the IoT solution.
